Shadiya Hagisufi has ten years of experience in alternative lending, underwriting, and finance. She leads Accessity’s underwriting team and underwrites loans. As the director of underwriting, Shadiya also works to enhance the technology and efficiency of the underwriting team to increase department capacity and productivity. She has worked at Accessity since 2018.
