Larisa Urias is the Business Development Officer covering the areas of Imperial Valley and Coachella Valley for Accessity. In her role, she focuses on cultivating new business opportunities to meet lending goals, leading business development initiatives, and building strong relationships and partnerships that expand Accessity’s reach and impact in the region.

Larisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, where she discovered her passion for helping people and making a difference in her community. That passion led her into the world of finance, where she has worked for over 13 years in both small business lending and traditional banking.

With a background in marketing and social media from her previous experience at a local credit union, Larisa brings a creative and community-centered approach to her work. She has been a part of the Accessity team for eight years, where she continues to support and empower small business owners throughout Southern California.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy baking and decorating pastries.

I am a mommy of two girls and one boy.
