Etla Moreno

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND SERVICING DIRECTOR

Etla Moreno is the quality assurance and servicing director at Accessity. She works as part of the lending team to provide excellent service to Accessity’s active loan clients. She fields questions, ensures clients meet requirements, audits complete files and checks accuracy for all third-party audits, and maintains portfolio quality. In her eight years at Accessity, Etla has held several positions, including loan support specialist and portfolio service manager.

What do you like about working at Accessity?

I love being able to help the community and contributing to people’s dreams and livelihood is the most rewarding experience. Accessity’s clients inspire me to grow and be a better person every day.

Favorite memory?

For my 50th birthday, my son took me to a Paul McCartney concert. It was one of the highlights of my life since I love The Beatles and Paul’s music. It was the best gift ever!

One of Etla’s favorite trips was her vacation to Washington D.C.
