Carla Panzera first joined Accessity in 2019 as a business development officer. She left Accessity to pursue a career with the Inland Empire Business Development Center for four years. She returned to the Accessity team in Feb. 2024 as the business development manager. Her role is supervising the business development officers and developing strategies to increase the organization’s impact and partnerships with referral sources. Carla leads her team’s efforts to meet organizational goals and provides client-focused input into the organization’s marketing strategy and intake process. Before her work at Accessity, Carla has extensive experience working with business owners as a tax preparer and small business banker.

Fun fact?

A fun fact is that I can’t ride a bicycle therefore I ride a trike (3 wheeler like a toddler). Good times.
